At Keerako, we want to make returns as easy as possible for you. Here's a simplified version of our refund policy:
1. Eligibility
- You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible, unused items in their original packaging.
- Custom or special orders are not returnable.
2. How to Return
- Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.
- Include the RMA number on the package.
3. Refunds
- We'll issue a refund to your original payment method for the cost of the item(s) returned.
- Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, but may take up to 14 days to show on your account.
4. Exceptions
- Restocking fees do not apply to eligible returns.
- Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately for prompt resolution.
